At Pure Visions we are committed to satisfy each customer with a high-quality product and pleasant shopping experience. Customer satisfaction is our greatest priority! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date the order was placed to request an exchange or refund.

Our only request to you is that you contact our customer service representatives to obtain a return authorization number and address at 1-310-402-2777 or you can send an email to claims@purevisionsusa.com. This authorization number is to be written on the outside of the package. Returns without an authorization code indicated on the label outside of the package will not be accepted. Additionally, the merchandise must be returned unused and contain all of its original product packaging and labels.

Shipping costs to and from you are your sole responsibility. Damaged items will only be replaced with an identical product and a photo of the damaged item may be required.
